We have a strict no refund policy. If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please send us a clear photo of the product along with your order number as soon as possible. We’ll review and do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

Yes, exchanges are possible! Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and assume all risk during transit. Items must be in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and in original packaging. To request an exchange, contact us at info@urbanhome.live before sending any items. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
